NASW Continuing Education Provider Approval
The NASW Washington State Chapter offers an approval program for continuing education providers who wish to offer continuing education for social workers, mental health counselors and marriage and family counselors Licensed by the Washington State Department of Health. Those entities that wish to use the name of NASW, Washington State Chapter, in the promotion of their conference, workshop or seminar promotional materials may do so after submitting a completed application and receiving written approval with a provider number. NASW reviews and approves the content of research surveys and/or direct marketing to ensure the content meets standards and is of use and interest to our social work members. · Researchers may contact our list rental partner, InFocus Marketing at http://www.infocusmarketing.com/lists/nasw. · Researchers will be asked to provide IRB documentation before their list request is approved. NASW’s internal IRB review process for practice research surveys may take up to 30 days.
