Candid "Coffee Break" for Social Work Students
Time & Location
About the Event
Social Work Students,
In these difficult times, the next generation of social workers are navigating new challenges, as field placements are being postponed, field agencies abruptly closing, graduation ceremonies being cancelled, and on-campus students finding an urgent need to adapt to online learning.
NASW-WA acknowledges these difficulties, but also the importance of having access to a support network. Regardless of where you are in Washington State, take a break out of your day and join MSW Student Representative, Michelle Landrum, and Membership Engagement Committee Chair, Christopher Heckert, for a virtual and candid conversation about the impact of COVID-19. Engage in open dialogue in a virtual environment, while sipping on your favorite coffee, tea, or beverage!
This virtual meeting is open to all Washington State social work students—both NASW members and non-members. To register for free, click here: www.nasw-wa.org
