Presenter Bio: Oscar Harris, MSW, Ed.D., ESA
I am the Chief Family and Community Engagement Officer for Spokane Public Schools. In my role, I advise senior leadership on family and community engagement practices. I also oversee the implementation of our equity resolution, which includes developing and overseeing the implementation of culturally relevant trainings and equitable practices district-wide. I am also adjunct faculty for Eastern Washington University (social work program) and Whitworth University (counseling program) teaching research methods.
